Pre-shower Workout

This is a little routine to get into the habit of doing before every shower. It works well! No particular order.

  • 20 push-ups
  • 30 sit-ups
  • 1 min. plank
  • 20 squats
  • 15 triceps drops
  • 20 lunges (each leg)

This is what i did today, i got the inspiration from the 100 workout.

100 Crunches
90secs Inner Leg Pulses (each side)
80 Leg Lifts
70 Penguins
60 Crunches
50secs Inner Leg Pulses (each side)
40 Leg Lifts
30 Penguins
20 Crunches
10 Minute Walk/Run

1:00 plank
20 side plank hip drops, each side

I want to work myself up to running, but i’ve never been a runner. :/ I’ve always been terrible at it.

First 30-45 minute on the treadmill running and walking 

then my routine:

20 Jumping jacks

15 sumo squats (dumbbells)

15 squats

15 curl ups and overhead press (dumbbells)

15 push-ups

15 crunches

20 donkey kicks (10 per leg)

15 Squat-thrust
